Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Two minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the peas and asparagus previously blunted and cut into pieces. Boil everything together for the last 2 minutes, then reserve a cup of cooking liquid from the pan before draining the pasta and vegetables.
Return the pasta and vegetables to the skillet and add the lemon zest, cheese and seasoning. Add a splash of lemon juice to taste and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cooking liquid to loosen the sauce.
