It is a sweet version to eat pasta, catsup is added to give a slightly sweet but acceptable turn to pasta, where everyone will ask for a little more.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package pasta
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 onions, chopped in cubes
  • 6 slices american cheese

Preparation

The pasta is cooked in water without salt.
In a bowl, add the butter with the onion over a very low heat until the onion softens.
When the onion is ready, add the slices of yellow cheese one by one to melt.
At that time add the half cream and ketchup and mix to integrate.
It is proceeded to plating, the pasta is placed and on this the cream of cheese and catsup is added.

PRESENTATION

If you want you can add a little more ketchup in the pasta to decorate it and be like an indicative that it will be something sweet.

TIPS

This pasta can be eaten fresh or cold, the flavor and the sauce is accessible and tasty in 2 ways. You can mix the pasta with the cream or simply place it on the pasta.
