Preparation
In the hot oil brown the noodle without stopping moving.
Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
Put it in the same pot and reserve.
Blend the tomato, with the onion, garlic, beans and bean broth. Add this mixture to the noodle.
Lower the heat and wait for it to absorb all the liquid.
Serve the dry noodle with cream, cheese and avocado to taste.
If you want accompanied with slices of dried chili.
