You can not stop trying this creamy Alfredo pasta with juicy roasted chicken strips and small pieces of broccoli that give it the perfect balance of flavor. The best easy dish to share with the family.

Ingredients

  • 4 liters of Water
  • enough of Salt
  • 2 cups of broccoli cut into small pieces
  • 200 grams of La Moderna® Pen
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cut into fajitas
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 2 teeth of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of Manchego cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • to taste of Parmesan in sheets, to accompany

    Preparation

    Boil the water in a pot and add salt, cook the broccoli 3 minutes. Remove and place it in ice water. Drain and reserve.
    On the other hand, in a pot with boiling water, cook the La Moderna® Pen with a little salt, according to the packaging instructions. Drain and reserve.
    In a deep pan, heat the oil with the butter, add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
    Add the garlic and cook a few minutes, add the broccoli, the pasta, the cream to beat, the milk, the cheese and the oregano. Cook until all the ingredients are integrated. Season
    Serve the pasta immediately and garnish with fresh oregano and slices of parmesan.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the pasta in a deep dish, served with parmesan cheese.

    TIPS

    Water with ice is used to cut the cooking of broccoli, so you avoid overcooking once you remove it from the boiling water.
