Preparation
Boil water with plenty of salt in a large pot. Cook the fettuccini until it is al dente. Remove from the water and drain.
Melt the butter stick in a pan and fry the fettuccine for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the fire.
In a saucepan brown the flour a little. Add the 2 tablespoons of butter quickly and little by little milk taking care not to make balls.
Season the cream with the consommé and the nutmeg. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
In a greased baking dish, place the pasta and pour the cream and shrimp sauce over it.
Sprinkle cheese and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 10-15 minutes. To serve.
