Ingredients

4 servings
  • PAM® Oliva extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 250 grams of fettuccine pasta
  • 100 grams of basil
  • 100 grams of pinion or peanuts
  • 4 teaspoons of garlic finely chopped
  • 250 grams of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta and reserve.
    Blend the basil with the garlic, the parmesan cheese, the peanut and salt pimentar.
    Spray the mixture with PAM® Oliva shot by shot until you get to 8 shots, and achieve a thick sauce, add the sour cream.

    PRESENTATION

    Mix the sauce with the pasta and heat in the microwave, serve with parmesan cheese on top.

    TIPS

    For a good cooking of the pasta we can add a pinch of salt, a bay leaf, and 3 shots of PAM® olive, it is necessary since we have the pasta al dente, to pass it through cold water even with a few ice cubes.
