Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of spinach washed and disinfected (cut into strips)
  • 1 Cup of artichoke heart
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of Ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 of Cup of Pure Natural Tomato Puree® for filling and to cover
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 20 pieces of pasta for lasagna cooked
  • 1 Cup of cheese
  • to taste of basil

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and cook about 5 minutes.
    Add artichoke hearts and cream cheese, ricotta cheese and Del Fuerte Natural Tomato Puree, cook 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
    Fill the sheets of lasagna with the previous preparation, place the rolls in a baking dish and cover with sauce and mozzarella cheese, gratin in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with basil and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate and garnish with fresh basil.
