Preparation
In a saucepan, heat the water with garlic, an onion, three pinches of salt and a touch of oil so that the pasta does not stick.
When the water is boiling, add the pasta and leave it there until it is al dente. Then remove the pasta from the pan and place on a strainer.
In the blender add garlic, an onion, 1 liter of cream, a quarter of cream cheese and salt. Blend until all the ingredients have been incorporated.
In a deep pan add a small piece of butter and the mixture form the blender, season. (approx 4 min.) The pasta is added and mixed so that everything is properly incorporated.
Once the pasta has been incorporated, the previously shredded cheese is added and left to simmer for a minute and that's it!
