Preparation
Bring the chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar and salt to a boil in a large pot over high heat.
In another pot, cook the tallarine in boiling water until soft.
Place the noodles in the broth and serve the soup. I will sprinkle fresh chives on each portion of soup with noodles.
