This rich soup based on chicken broth has Japanese noodles and an oriental touch.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 cups chicken soup
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 500 grams Japanese noodle, Udon type
  • 2 cups fresh scallion, chopped
  • to taste shichimi, to taste

Preparation

Bring the chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar and salt to a boil in a large pot over high heat.
In another pot, cook the tallarine in boiling water until soft.
Place the noodles in the broth and serve the soup. I will sprinkle fresh chives on each portion of soup with noodles.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the soup with the fresh green onions.

TIPS

Shichimi species and udon noodles can be found in oriental or Japanese stores.

Deliciosa , siento que esta de más echarle sal pues la soya es muy salada , yo no le eche sal
