Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water to a boil, add the salt and lasagna, cook for 5 minutes or until it is al dente. Drain and reserve.
For the sauce, blend the onion, garlic, milk, double cream cheese, chicken broth, oregano, salt and pepper until completely mixed. Reservation.
For the filling, in a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, sauté the onion and celery until they change color, add the chicken and the white sauce; season with salt and pepper, add the chopped parsley and cook for 5 minutes. Reservation.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a baking dish, place a layer of pasta, pour the chicken filling with white sauce, add the Manchego cheese until completely covered and repeat until finished with the ingredients. In the last layer, sprinkle oregano and parsley; bake for 15 minutes.
