Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams beef, milled
  • 3 red tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup vegetal oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon bell pepper
  • 40 grams butter
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 150 grams manchego cheese, grated
  • 200 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons thyme
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Place oil in a hot pan, fry the ground beef, remove from heat and drain excess fat.
Blend the onion, garlic and tomatoes. Pass the sauce to a hot pot with oil and cook for 6 minutes. Add the meat to the sauce, season and leave for 10 minutes over medium heat until almost all the juice has been reduced.
Sprinkle some flour on the table and stretch the puff pastry until it is thin. Cut squares large enough to cover a muffin pan. Varnish a muffin pan with butter and place a box in each muffin today.
Add a little of the meat inside each muffin, sprinkle the grated Manchego cheese over it, place another layer of meat and finish with grated Parmesan cheese and a little chopped parsley.
Bake at 175 ° C for 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle some parsley on top.

TIPS

Make sure to reduce the juice of the meat as much as possible because, if it is very moist, the pasta will not be crispy.
