Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil Sierra de Gata® *
  • 1 1/2 onions chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 piece of carrot minced
  • 1 branch of celery chopped
  • 1 slice of saladette tomatoes in jardiniere
  • 1 can of tomato puree Large Nature® *
  • 1/2 kilo of ground pork
  • 1/2 kilo of ground beef
  • 50 grams of mushroom chopped
  • 1 glass of White wine Dry, Gran Vina® *
  • 3/4 of kilo of fresh cheese Ricotta Salata® *
  • 2 eggs
  • mozzarella cheeses Buffala® *
  • 2 cups of Parmesan cheese Grana Padano® *
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley minced
  • ground black peppers Terana® *
  • nutmeg Terana® *
  • lasagnas Colavita® *
  • Salt
  • dried laurels

    Preparation

    Sauté 1/2 chopped onion, garlic, carrot and celery, add the chopped tomato and leave in low heat, let boil 30 min.
    Pass through a Chinese colander and reserve. In a pot put to heat olive oil and sauté onion, add the meat and since the meat is cooked, add the white wine.
    After the wine evaporated add the tomato sauce and bay leaf.
    And finally add the mushrooms, reserve.
    Mix the previously grated Parmesan cheese with the egg.
    Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices.
    Grease the mold with butter and put pasta, cheese sauce, meat, and mozzarella. Continue making layers, finish with paste, cheese sauce and mozzarella.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes, remove the aluminum and leave to brown for 10 more minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with Parmesan cheese.

    TIPS

    Let the wine evaporate well to remove the taste of alcohol.
