Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams ground beef, beef
  • 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 450 grams ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 650 grams tomato sauce, for pasta
  • 1 cup water
  • spray oils, Great Value®
  • 12 sheets World Table® lasagna pasta

Preparation

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a deep bowl, mix 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, all of the ricotta cheese, and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
In a frying pan, cook the ground meat until it is cooked, remove all the water that has released and add the tomato sauce and the cup of water. Mix well.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable spray and place a layer of the ground beef filling, then a layer of 3 sheets of lasagna and a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat this twice and in the last layer place 3 sheets of lasagna, ground meat mixture and finally the cheese mixture.
Add the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the lasagna and cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for 15 more minutes to brown the cheese.
Remove from the oven, decorate with the chopped parsley and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.

El queso ricotta aporta mucha cremosidad, buen tip. El vino tinto sí hace falta en la carne para darle otro toque.

Está deliciosa y fácil de hacer. Yo sustituí los quesos mozarella y parmesano (a veces son caros), por oaxaca y chihuahua, y quedó igual de deli. El queso ricotta sí lo usé tal cual, en una versión baja en grasa. Ah! Y para quienes preguntan por el huevo, es que no lo dice el texto, pero en el video se indica que debe mezclarse con la carne molida, antes de cocerla. Gracias y saludos!
