I made this dish on Christmas Eve and it was delicious, my family loved it, besides being simple and quick to prepare. If you do not have a conventional oven, do not worry! In this version of the cymbal you do not need it, the microwave will be enough. Good luck and try it! they will like it.

Preparation
Boil enough water in a pot, add salt and the tablespoon of oil. When letting the boil, cook the lasagna sheets. If they are very long you can split them in half. Once cooked al dente, drain them and set aside.
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and, once it is hot, sauté the onion and garlic until the oil is fried. Add the ground meat and when it is cooked, add the pepper, the nuts, the raisins and the almonds, move constantly so that the ingredients are well integrated.
Add the maggy sauce and bolognese sauce to the meat. Leave it to the fire and move constantly until it releases a slight boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a refractory place the sheets for lasagna, a layer of stewed meat and a layer of Manchego cheese, another layer of pasta and so on. When you reach the top of your refractory, the last layer of pasta is followed by a layer of cheese.
Gratin in the microwave for five minutes and is ready to enjoy.
