Original Lasagna de Chicharrón, prepare this recipe, you will like it a lot, it's my favorite dishes, I love it.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 20 tomatoes
  • 20 green tomatoes
  • 5 serrano peppers
  • 800 grams lasagna pasta, precooked
  • 500 grams pork rind
  • 800 grams manchego cheese
  • 500 grams double cream cheese
  • 1 liter cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 cups fresh coriander
  • 1/4 onions

Preparation

Roast tomato, tomato and chile serrano, blend with coriander and a bit of onion, strain and fry with a little oil and season with chicken powder.
Divide the sauce into two, add the chicharrón, the second reserve.
In a refractory put butter first, then a little sauce, put a layer of lasagna, pork crackling with sauce, cream, manchego cheese and double cream.
Repeat until filling the refractory and in the last layer sprinkle with pieces of dry cracklings and Manchego cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Cook 45 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.

TIPS

You can change the Manchego cheese for Panela cheese or Oaxaca and the chile serrano for green tree chile.
