4 portions
  • 500 grams pasta for lasagna, 1 package
  • 4 tablespoons LALA® butter
  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 liter LALA® milk
  • 1 cup Chihuahua Cheese LALA®, in cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons White pepper
  • 2 cups Turkey breast, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Chihuahua Cheese LALA®, grated
  • 4 twigs rosemary, to decorate

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease an oven refractory.
Cook the pasta for lasagna in a pot with boiling water and salt according to package instructions. Drain and reserve.
For the sauce and the filling, in a pot over medium heat, melt the LALA® Butter and cook the onion and garlic. Add the flour and cook until it is golden.
Add the LALA® Milk and cook about 20 minutes or until thick. Add the LALA® Chihuahua Cheese and let it melt. Season with spices and reserve 1/3 of the sauce.
Add the shredded turkey breast to the rest of the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Place some of the turkey stuffing on the lasagna pasta and roll it up. Arrange the rolls in the refractory and bathe with the sauce you reserved.
Cover with LALA® Chihuahua Cheese and grill in the oven for about 15 minutes. Decorate with rosemary and serve immediately.

Gratin in the oven and finish with fresh rosemary.

Spread the sheets of lasagna in a tray and one with a little oil so they do not stick in what you prepare the filling.
