Rollitos de Lasaña con Camarones Alfredo

Eating pasta is one of the delights of life, but what would you say if we mix lasagna with a perfect Alfredo flavor? We prepare this original recipe of Lasagna rolls with Alfredo shrimp and mozzarella gratin cheese.

Although it may sound complicated, this easy recipe will be ready in a short time and best of all, you can prepare it in an oven proof dish.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 500 jars of shrimp clean and without peel
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 2 cups of Parmesan cheese
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 2 cups of cream cheese at room temperature, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flake
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • enough of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 15 pieces of pasta for lasagna
  • enough of mozzarella cheese
  • enough of parsley finely chopped

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (392 °F)
    Heat a pan over high heat, cook the bacon until golden, add the garlic, shrimp and cook until they change color without cooking completely. Set aside the shrimp.
    In the same skillet, add the butter with the garlic, cook until it browns and release the flavor, add the whipping cream, the Parmesan cheese and continue cooking until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve the sauce.
    In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the shrimp, the parsley, the chili flakes, the garlic powder and season. Set aside.
    Heat a pot of water and salt, over high heat, bring to a boil and cook the lasagna sheets until they soften, strain, cool and reserve.
    Place some shrimp on each lasagna sheet and roll up. Place them in a refractory, bathe with the Alfredo sauce, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, grill in the oven for 10 minutes, serve with chopped parsley and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve sprinkled with a little parsley.

    TIPS

    Make sure that the filling is consistent, so that the roll does not lose its shape.
