Ingredients

4 portions
  • 10 pasta for lasagna
  • 500 grams mushroom, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Bechamel sauce
  • 400 grams manchego cheese, grated
  • 45 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Spread a refractory with butter.
In a pan with the oil over low heat, add the onion and the mushrooms. Salt pepper.
In the butter refractory place a layer of lasagna with a little white sauce and a little mushroom.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, repeat this procedure until you finish with the last layer of pasta. Cover with grated cheese, cover the refractory with foil and bake for 20 minutes or remove when the cheese melts.
Remove the foil and bake again for 5 minutes to brown the cheese gratin layer.
Garnish with parsley.

TIPS
