Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cook lasagna pasta according to package instructions.
Defrost Broccoli "La Huerta" in the microwave.
Cut the florets of broccoli in half.
Heat a medium pot, over medium heat, with a little oil and sauté the onion.
Add the milk and mix, add the cream little by little to avoid cutting.
Season with chicken broth, salt and pepper, mix and cook for 4 min.
In a greased medium refractory, place 3 strips of lasagna, add a layer of cream sauce and 1/3 broccoli. Repeat the layers twice more.
Mix the Mozarella cheese with the Parmesan and sprinkle it on the last layer.
Cover the refractory with aluminum foil to prevent dehydration and bake for 20 min.
If you want the cheese to gratinate, remove the foil and bake for 10 min. plus.
Let stand for 5 min. to serve more easily.
