Lasagna is a dish typical of Italy, with this recipe you will feel that you are in one of the best restaurants in Italy. It's delicious I promise!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, minced
  • 1 slice Roma tomato, cut in halves
  • 1 can mashed tomatoes, big
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1 glass white wine, dry
  • 3/4 kilos ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 slices mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups parsley, minced
  • lasagna pasta
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmegs

Preparation

Sauté the onion, garlic and carrot, add the tomato and mash and leave at a very low heat until it boils for about an hour, pass through the sieve and set aside the Bolognese sauce.
Season the onion and garlic they begin to turn color for 20 minutes in the olive oil, add the meats and making sure they are not still pink, add the prepared tomato, the wine; Spice with salt and pepper.
Stir the ricotta cheese with the eggs, 1 cup of the parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Boil the lasagna leaves in salted water and leave al dente. Drain and reserve.
Grease a refractory mold with butter. Place a layer of pasta, then the ricotta cheese and spread with a spatula, add the meat sauce and mozzarella cheese, so on and finish with pasta, ricotta and cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove the foil and let it lightly brown for 10 more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with Parmesan cheese.

Mayormente las cosas se toman a 350 grados pero en 20 minutos ya uno se va fijando a que grado debería estar por cómo valla la cocción
