Lasagna with Shrimp and Spinach

If you want a sophisticated and delicious dish, prepare this delicious lasagna of shrimp with spinach in a delicious alfredo sauce, which besides being delicious has the delicious taste of bacon, Parmesan cheese and Manchego cheese. You only need 12 ingredients to prepare it!

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 3 cups of shrimp clean and without peel
  • 1 teaspoonful of Butter
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • enough of pasta for lasagna
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Heat a deep skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until it browns and release the fat, add the garlic and shrimp, season and cook until they change color and remove from the pan.
    Right there, melt the butter and add the whipping cream and the cream cheese. Cook until the cheese melts, season and return the shrimp. Once it is boiling, remove from cooking and reserve.
    Cook the lasagna slices in boiling water with salt. Drain and reserve.
    In a baking dish place the sheets of lasagna, a little of the shrimp, spinach and Manchego cheese. Repeat until filling the refractory, ends with sheets of lasagna and cheese.
    Gratin in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the lasagna with fresh basil.

    TIPS

    Remember that the shrimp become chewy when you cook too much, that's why it's important to take care of the cooking.
