Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook the garlic and onion for 1 minute. Add the carrot, celery, pore, oregano, Traditional Prego® sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Season and reserve.
In a greased lasagna container, add a layer of pumpkin slices, a layer of stuffing and a layer of cheese, until the container is full. Ends with pumpkin and Manchego cheese.
Gratin in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pumpkins are soft.
