Ingredients

  • PAM® Butter canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 200 grams of chicken shredding
  • 200 grams of poblano pepper clean and deveined
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 200 grams of Oaxaca cheese
  • 100 grams of mushroom filleted
  • 3/4 of Cup of corn kernels
  • 250 grams of Lasagna
  • 3 teaspoons of onion finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of sour creams
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter, cook the garlic, onion, mushrooms, and slices of poblano pepper, remove a poblano chili and blend it with the cream
    Spray a mold with 2 shots of PAM® Butter, arrange a layer of sheets of lasagne previously cooked al dente, cover with shredded chicken, then with the mushroom mixture, cover with poblano sauce, cover with shredded cheese, form several layers until covering the last with pasta and cheese

    PRESENTATION

    Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C, and serve hot.
