This rich paste that has lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon slices with a creamy base is delicious. The shrimp and the lemon make a very good combination.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 350 grams Linguine type pasta
  • 500 grams shrimp, jumbo peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 lemons, cut into slices
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flake
  • coarse salt

Preparation

Place a large pot with a lot of coarse salt to boil and cook the linguine in the boiling water for 7-10 minutes or according to the instructions of the pasta.
While cooking the pasta in a deep pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and brown for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
Remove from the heat and add the parsley, the lemon zest, the lemon juice, the lemon slices and the chili. Mix
When the pasta is ready, strain and mix with the sauce and the shrimp, serve.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the dish with capers or Parmesan cheese.
