Preparation
Place a large pot with a lot of coarse salt to boil and cook the linguine in the boiling water for 7-10 minutes or according to the instructions of the pasta.
While cooking the pasta in a deep pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and brown for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
