Preparation
Boil a large pot with water and salt. Cook the linguini in the boiling water 6-7 minutes or the time indicated by the package so that it is al dente.
Remove from the water and strain with cold water to stop cooking. Store 1/2 cup of the water for the sauce.
In a large pan, melt the butter and brown the garlic and chili. Add the shrimp and lemon zest and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the wine and lemon juice and let it boil for 1 minute.
Add the pasta, the cream and 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Mix well, season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Serve decorating with chopped chives.
