Exquisite pasta with cream sauce and white wine, prepare this recipe for a dinner with friends, they will love it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 375 grams of pasta
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 2 eggs milkshakes
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoonful of cornstarch
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 4 slices of bacon finely chopped
  • 1/3 of Cup of White wine
  • 2 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt, al dente, drain and set aside.
    In a bowl mix the cream, beaten egg, grated Parmesan cheese, and cornstarch, set aside.
    In a large skillet melt the butter and cook the chopped bacon , until it is well endowed and crispy, remove the bacon and reserve.
    In the same pan keep a little fat where we fry the bacon (discard the rest), add the white wine and cook over medium heat, until it almost evaporates.
    Add the cream mixture and cook, stirring constantly for 3 to 5 minutes, until it is thick, add the cooked pasta and the bacon.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve!

    PRESENTATION

    This pasta can accompany some baked meat.

    TIPS

    It can be served garnished with finely chopped parsley.
