Preparation
Put water and pasta in a pot with a drizzle of olive oil.
Chop the guajillo chili (without seeds and deveined), finely chop the garlic.
In a pan with oil roast the shrimp, salt and pepper.
Add the guajillo chiles and the garlic to the pan.
Stir well, add olive oil for more flavor.
Stir the shrimp with the cooked pasta.
Accompany the pasta with freshly cut baguette bread.
