Preparation
We will prepare the noodles as indicated by the package they come from. Usually they are prepared by introducing them in boiling water, which we will remove from the fire once we put the noodles inside, and let stand 4 or 5 minutes to then drain and reserve.
Once we have the noodles ready we will prepare the rest of the ingredients to have them ready when we put the Wok on the fire. Chop the ham and onion in small squares, in thin strips the carrot and the white Chinese cabbage, the chicken breast in small strips, the celery in slices and crush the garlic.
We put the Wok to the fire with the 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the onion and crushed garlic and let cook until the onion is pochadita. When the onion is ready add the chicken and stir. When the chicken takes color we add the soy sauce, cover and leave over medium heat until the chicken is tender.
The chicken is at its point. Add the celery, cabbage, carrot and leave another 3 or 4 minutes more. Add the shrimp, ham and pepper to taste and leave until the shrimp are cooked.
To finish add the noodles, stir about 3 minutes and the dish will be ready.
