4 portions
  • 1 package rum extract
  • 1 package fleur de sel with extra special fine herbs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, powdered
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, powdered
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 400 grams chicken breast, in pieces
  • 200 grams shrimp, medium peeling without head
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cups chicken consommé, powdered

Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt and leave it al dente (which is not annealed). In a pan fry the shrimp and chicken pieces with butter, a little oil and season with garlic salt, and pepper. Once cooked, split the onion and green pepper into large squares and cook until well cooked.
Drain the pasta and wash it with cold water. Take it to a wide pan with butter and a little oil. Cut half of the philadelphia cheese and put it with the pasta, plus the milk, as the cheese melts, add the chicken cosome, the garlic, the pepper and the Parmesan cheese to the taste of the condiment if it is too thick to add more milk.
It is cooked over medium low heat, stirring constantly with movements from top to bottom without stirring the pasta if it is necessary to add the other half of the Philadelphia cheese, more milk and more butter.
Almost at the end of the cooking of the cream with the pasta, add the chicken with the shrimp, the pepper and the onion, take a few last strokes with the spoon to cover the chicken.
It is removed from the fire and served. The perfect accompaniment is red wine, potato puree and garlic bread.
