This pasta is super easy to make and the kids love it. It takes you out of a hurry when unexpected guests arrive or you just do not have much time to cook and you can adapt it easily with the ingredients you have in your fridge.

4 portions
  • 1 package pasta
  • 300 grams manchego cheese
  • 200 grams double cream cheese
  • 100 grams american cheese
  • 300 milliliters milk
  • 200 grams cream
  • 25 grams butter
  • 1/4 onions, little
  • bouquets parsley
  • garlic, ground
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parmesan cheese, to decorate

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions or as usual.
While your pasta cooks, put to liquefy the cheeses, milk, cream, onion, garlic and parsley for a few seconds until everything is incorporated.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Empty the sauce in the butter that you liquefied and move constantly to avoid sticking. Keep it on medium heat until it starts to boil and thickens a little.
Once your pasta is cooked, remove it from the heat and strain it.
Empty the pasta in the sauce, stir carefully to bathe the pasta completely and heat for 5 more minutes over low heat so that the cheeses melt a little more.
Serve immediately.

Sprinkle some striped Parmesan on top and decorate with a sprig of parsley. Bon Appetit!

You can use coditos, macaroni or any type of long pasta, like fetuccine, spaghetti, penis, screws, etc. And you can also take advantage of and substitute the cheeses for whatever you have on hand and gratinate a bit, such as Oaxaca, Adobera, Asadero or Ranchero. I assure you that you will get the same delicious result!
