Pasta in Ranch Dressing with Buffalo Chicken

If you like spicy dishes, this recipe for Pasta with Buffalo Chicken is a great option to surprise your family or friends. It is very important that when you cook pasta, it is al dente, otherwise, when it is mixed with the rest of the ingredients it can be whipped or completely dissolved. A great tip of how to make ranch sauce is that if the mixture is very liquid, you can thicken it with 1/2 cup of cream cheese or a bit of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5 liters of Water 1 L per 100g of pasta
  • enough of Salt
  • 1 package of Rotini La Moderna® 500 g each
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of scallion dry
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon of White vinegar
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise low fat
  • enough of Salt
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 pieces of egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of wheat flour to bread
  • 1/2 Cup of cornflakes ground, for the breading
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 2 cups of buffalo sauce for wings
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • enough of Parmesan cheese grated, to serve
  • enough of parsley finely chopped, to serve

    Preparation

    In a pot, boil the water and bring to a boil, then add the salt, wait for it to recover the temperature and add the pasta Rotini La Moderna®, cook according to the package instructions. Drain, cool and reserve.
    Place cream, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, white vinegar and mayonnaise in the processor. Process until a semi-thick sauce is obtained, season with salt and pepper. In a bowl mix with cooked pasta and set aside.
    In a bowl beat the eggs lightly with salt and pepper. In another, the flour with the corn flakes. Bread the chicken through the egg and the flour mixture.
    Fry the breasts in hot oil until they are cooked and crispy on the outside. Drain on absorbent paper.
    In a bowl mix the buffalo sauce for wings with butter, cover the chicken with the sauce.
    Serve the Rotini La Moderna® pasta with the chicken and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the pasta with the crispy chicken top sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

    TIPS

    Remember not to overcook the pasta because when you mix it can disintegrate or fall apart.If the consistency of the ranch sauce is very liquid you can add more mayonnaise or ½ cup of cream cheese.
