Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon, until the dough is very soft.
On a flat surface spread flour and knead for 8-10 mins.
Grease a bowl with butter and let the dough rest, wet a flannel and squeeze it on the surface covering it and let it stand for 40 or 50 minutes until its volume is double the previous one.
After those minutes, check if it is ready, if so, begin to palotear the dough until it is in a circular.
Grease the tray on which you place the pizza with butter and form the edges. With a fork, make holes in the pasta.
Now to put the food! :)
