Basic Pasta for Pizza

This pasta is the most basic, it does not contain much fat, it is the PERFECT PIZZA pasta! You can prepare it to your liking, Hawaiian, peperoni or cold meats.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo flour
  • pinches salt
  • 1/2 liters Water, tibia
  • 25 grams yeast
  • 50 milliliters olive oil

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon, until the dough is very soft.
On a flat surface spread flour and knead for 8-10 mins.
Grease a bowl with butter and let the dough rest, wet a flannel and squeeze it on the surface covering it and let it stand for 40 or 50 minutes until its volume is double the previous one.
After those minutes, check if it is ready, if so, begin to palotear the dough until it is in a circular.
Grease the tray on which you place the pizza with butter and form the edges. With a fork, make holes in the pasta.
Now to put the food! :)

TIPS

Preheat the oven 10 minutes before at 250 ° C Leave the pizza 20 minutes in the oven or until the cheese is well melted according to your taste. TO ENJOY!
