Preparation
The pasta is cooked, in the saucepan add the water, oil, onion, bay leaf and garlic.
Cut the peppers into julienne and garlic, onion and parsley.
In a frying pan add the oil and butter, then the onion and the garlic leave to stand, then add the peppers, the cream, the prosciutto and the parsley.
Add the pasta and mix with everything
