A very traditional Italian recipe, using products that are currently in the supermarket. Fetuccine prosciutto is a very rich, creamy paste with the delicious flavor of prosciutto.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 200 grams fettuccine
  • 3 garlic
  • 30 grams onion
  • 5 leaves dry laurel
  • salt, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 250 grams cream
  • 5 twigs parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 cup prosciutto, sliced

Preparation

The pasta is cooked, in the saucepan add the water, oil, onion, bay leaf and garlic.
Cut the peppers into julienne and garlic, onion and parsley.
In a frying pan add the oil and butter, then the onion and the garlic leave to stand, then add the peppers, the cream, the prosciutto and the parsley.
Add the pasta and mix with everything

PRESENTATION

Place on a plate with a slice of bread.

TIPS

Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese.
