Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams fusilli pasta, From Luigi High Protein
  • 3 bunches spinach
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Chop the spinach and chop the onion and garlic.
Smear the onion and garlic in the butter.
Add the spinach and cook until tender.
Blend spinach with milk and broth.
Heat the spinach sauce and simmer, salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions of the package drains and mix with the cream.
