Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos pasta, of thick noodles, ribbons or noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons sugar, impalpable (glass)
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup Red wine, candy
  • 1 cup raisin

Preparation

Boil the noodles (pasta) in salted water, as if preparing them to eat them normally. Once they are ready, drain them.
On the other hand, beat the eggs to snow point, add the impalpable sugar and common sugar, wine, cinnamon and raisins.
Once this mixture is well beaten, place the well-made noodles inside it.
Bring the mixture to an oiled baking pan. Cover the broiler pan with aluminum foil and cook over medium heat for half an hour. Remove from the oven and leave covered for 10 minutes, so that it becomes moist. After that time, the paper can be removed and the kuguel is ready.
