This pasta is very precious for me, it arose one day in my rental apartment while I was looking for something to eat, I always had the modern pasta to make spaghetti, only this time I did not have sauce but instead I had many other things, so I put to devise a new way of making pasta and this recipe was what came up, I've done this recipe countless times for my friends and family and even to this day they keep asking me for it.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 package of pasta Luigi La Moderna
  • 1 pound of chicken breast pitted and skinless
  • vegetables finely cut and of your choice
  • cubes of chicken
  • cream cheeses
  • Butters
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • onions powdered
  • garlic powdered
  • soy

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan as indicated on the package and add the vegetables of your choice to boiling water for the last 5 min. you can add a little salt in the water.
    For as long as you wait for the approximately 20 minutes of cooking the pasta, cut the breast into bite-size pieces.
    In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat pour two tablespoons of butter and once it is melted add the pieces of breast, cook it until it is cooked stirring occasionally, add pepper and garlic and onion powder to the pieces of breast while they cook.
    Pour a small amount of water into a cup and put the chicken cube in it, take it to the microwave for about a minute, remove it and stir.
    Drain the pasta with the vegetables and pour over the breast pieces once finished cooking.
    Pour the chicken cube that we previously heated with little amount of water in the microwave over pasta, chicken and vegetables.
    We add cream cheese so that it gives a creamy and delicious texture to the pasta, we add soy sauce and ready to serve.
    Tips: You can make this pasta with all the vegetables that occur, I use a lot of broccoli and colored peppers. You can also add shrimp to the pasta, you can make this pasta a strong dish by adding mashed potatoes with gravy or rice on the side .
