Ingredients

10 portions
  • 400 penne pasta, The modern
  • 5 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth powder
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, in small cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, in small cubes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, in small cubes
  • 1 cup corn kernels, yellow
  • 4 sticks surimi
  • 250 grams cream
  • 250 grams panela cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 250 grams Chihuahua cheese, grated

Preparation

Cook La Moderna® pen pasta for 8 minutes in a saucepan with 2 liters of boiling water, 3 bay leaves, two tablespoon of canola oil and salt to taste. Drain and reserve.
Heat a saucepan and pour three tablespoons of canola oil.
Add the onion in the saucepan and fry until it looks clear.
Add the peppers and the surimi, and fry for 5 more minutes.
Add the corn grains and panela cheese, season with a tablespoon of chicken powder broth.
Once all the ingredients are seasoned, add the cream to the saucepan until it is perfectly integrated and remove from the heat.
In a refractory add the cooked pasta.
Pour the refractory mixture with the pasta and integrate perfectly.

PRESENTATION

Serve the portion of the pasta to the center of the plate, dropping to give height. Sprinkle the grated Chihuahua cheese over the pasta and decorate with a sprig of parsley.

TIPS

To add flavor to the pasta during cooking, add fine herbs. The pasta can be served cold, but lukewarm is delicious. You will find the surimi in a fish and shellfish business cooler than in the mall.
