Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams Broccoli "La Huerta"
  • 750 grams ravioli stuffed with cheese
  • 450 grams beef steak
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 100 grams ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herb, dehydrated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon

Preparation

Cook the steak to taste, over medium heat in a pan with oil. Let it stand for 1 min. and cut it into thin slices.
Defrost Broccoli "La Huerta" in the microwave.
Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
For the sauce, sauté the onion and add the white wine. Let it cook over medium heat for 1 min.
Add the evaporated milk, milk and Ricotta cheese, mix and cook for 4 min.
Add chicken broth and Italian herbs, cook for 1 min. more and remove the sauce from the fire.
In a refractory, place the ravioli together with the broccoli, add the sliced ​​fillet and pour the sauce on top.
Reheat in the microwave if necessary.

TIPS

Ricotta cheese can be substituted for cream cheese.
