Preparation
Clean and disinfect the spinach and cut it into pieces (reserve).
Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
Fry the noodles in a little oil until golden brown.
Since the noodle is golden, add the liter of chicken broth and let it boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms cooking another 5 minutes.
Since the mushrooms and pasta are cooked, add the spinach and put out the fire.
