Prepare this delicious and easy pasta recipe with seafood such as mussels, clams and squid rings seasoned with white wine and a touch of fresh parsley. The best of all is the spectacular tomato sauce that accompanies it.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 200 grams spaghetti, or pasta of your preference
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil, 3 for the cooking of the pasta and 3 for the filling
  • 4 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup squid, clean
  • 1/4 cups squid, in hoops
  • 1 cup Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato puree
  • 15 mussels
  • 8 clams
  • 10 shrimps, clean and without head
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, To accompany
  • bread, To accompany

Preparation

Heat the water in a deep pot until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt and add the pasta and the olive oil, cook until it is al dente. Strain and reserve.
Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, cook the garlic, baby squid and squid rings. Add the Condimentado del Fuerte® Tomato Puree, the mussels, the clams and the shrimp. Cook a few more minutes.
Add the white wine and the parsley, let reduce and season with salt and pepper, serve with Parmesan cheese and a few drops of yellow lemon.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a little Parmesan cheese, bread and yellow lemon.

TIPS

Do not cook the shrimp too much or it can be chewy or hard.
