Preparation
Heat the water in a deep pot until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt and add the pasta and the olive oil, cook until it is al dente. Strain and reserve.
Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil, cook the garlic, baby squid and squid rings. Add the Condimentado del Fuerte® Tomato Puree, the mussels, the clams and the shrimp. Cook a few more minutes.
Add the white wine and the parsley, let reduce and season with salt and pepper, serve with Parmesan cheese and a few drops of yellow lemon.
