Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams pasta, of your choice
  • 6 steaks, of anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 can tomato, crushed
  • 1 twig basil, cool
  • olive oils

  • 400 grams canned tuna
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Cook the pasta in water with salt al dente.
Heat a little oil in a casserole and add the crushed garlic until golden brown.
Add the tomato to the casserole and sauté about 25 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Add the capers.
Chop the basil and add too. Season and reserve.
