This recipe came from a day of hunger in which I had pasta and shrimp, I like garlic shrimp, but there were too few to eat, so I decided to make them yield, I made a creamy paste and then I mixed it with shrimp garlic, it turned out to be a great dish and above all very tasty.

  • 200 grams spaghetti, The modern
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 guajillo chili, cut into strips
  • 1/2 lemons, its juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 160 grams shrimp, cleansed
  • 150 milliliters cream
  • 50 milliliters milk


Cook the pasta with enough water and salt until it is al dente, while we make the garlic.
For our garlic, put in a pan the butter and oil, let it heat well, add the garlic, as soon as add the guajillo chile and dorado, this is very fast and as soon as the garlic and chili are brown, add the lemon , a little salt, pepper and remove from the pan.
We will brown the shrimp in the same pan and as soon as it begins to brown we add the cream and the milk, we will wait for them to release the first boil.
Now if we add our garlic sauce that we had reserved and our pasta, we will mix very well, season and as soon as the boil is released, it will be ready.


We will place a portion of our pasta and put a shrimp up and a leaf of parsley to decorate


The garlic has to be done very quickly to avoid burning and bitterness, so add the lemon to stop cooking and remove from the pan.
