  • 120 grams of Oikos Yoghurt Greek Style
  • 3/4 of Cup of milk
  • 200 grams of fettuccine
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of chicken consommé
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 3/4 of Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Red bell pepper finely chopped

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, add the flour to make a paste, add the consomme, the Greek Yogurt Oikos and the milk. Leave it on the stove until it thickens.
    Add the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted. Add the pepper. Pour over cooked pasta and serve immediately.
