Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tomatoes, without seeds, chopped into cubes
  • 3 slices bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can mushroom, sliced ​​(medium)
  • 2 chile de árbol peppers, chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 package macaroni

Preparation

Cook the pasta al dente. In a pan heat the oil, add the bacon and cook 3 minutes, reserve. In the same pan saute the garlic, add the drained mushrooms.
In the pan add the pepper, tomato, basil, salt and pepper; cook for 10 minutes. Add the bacon, mushrooms and garlic. Season for 3 more minutes.
Serve the pasta on a platter and dip with the sauce, sprinkle the chile de árbol. Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with basil leaves.
