A delicious paste in peanut butter and chile de arbol, covered with crispy bacon.

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 package of spaghetti The modern
  • 3/4 of Cup of peanut peeled
  • 3 pieces of tomato guys, roasts
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 350 grams of bacon
  • 90 grams of sour cream
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 40 grams of cream cheese
  • chicken consommé
  • ground garlic
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 4 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper cooked

    Preparation

    Boil the water and add the salt, once boiling add the pasta and cook for 9 minutes, remove from the water, rinse with cold water and reserve. Take the boiled water and cook the chiles for 5 minutes.
    To tate the tomatoes can be done in a pan covered with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
    In another pan, place the oil and toast the peanuts a bit without burning.
    Place tomatoes, chilies, cream cheese and peanuts in a food processor, blend for 1 minute.
    Chop the bacon in squares and fry until crispy, once ready we drain and reserve, use a bit of fat from the bacon to fry the onion, once it starts to turn yellow add the cream before made of peanuts, we incorporate the cup of milk, cream and stir well, finally season with consommé and ground garlic .
    Add the pasta to the cream and let cook 2 minutes.
    We serve the pasta and cover with the bacon.
