Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef, beef
  • 5 branches celery, well chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 gram salt
  • 1 gram black pepper
  • 200 grams tomato puree
  • 10 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Fry the garlic and finely chopped onion in oil. Fry the vegetables.
Add the meat and bay leaf, and let the meat brown.
Add the tomato puree, cover and leave on low heat. But it moves constantly so that it does not stick.
Add the water and let it evaporate. Rectify seasoning and serve with a paste.
