Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of fine herbes
  • 1 can of tomato puree (400 grams)
  • 500 grams of spaghetti pasta
  • 150 grams of Gruyere cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Heat water with salt in a saucepan.
    Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the meat and mash it with a wooden spoon during cooking. Sprinkle and sprinkle fine herbs.
    Add the tomato puree, mix and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
    Put the spaghetti in the pan with boiling water, cook the time indicated in the package and drain.
    Put some spaghetti on a plate and pour the sauce on top.

    PRESENTATION
