Preparation
In a hot pan over medium heat olive oil and brown the garlic and onion.
Add the tomato, sugar and season with salt and pepper. Allow the tomato to cook for 15 minutes. Add half the cup of fresh basil.
Remove the sauce from the heat.
In a new pan add half the sauce and add the ground beef. Cook until the meat is lightly cooked and well mixed with the tomato sauce.
Fill the canneloni with the meat with tomato and place in a refractory to bake previously greased with butter.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Pour the remaining sauce over the canneloni and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese. I baked the pasta for 25 minutes.
