Ingredients

5 portions
  • canned anchovy
  • capers
  • black olives
  • canned tomato
  • olive oils, necessary amount
  • garlic
  • salt
  • powdered parmesan cheese

Preparation

We put a pot of water on the fire until it breaks the boil, add the salt and then our long pasta until it is al dente. Strain add olive oil to reserve.
Place a frying pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, in a blender add the tomato tin, the garlic, blend and add to the pan that we have preheated. Let cook about 10 min. Then place the anchovies in the sauce, black olives and capers. Let cook 15 minutes and turn off the sauce.
Finally pour the pasta on the sauce that we have reserved and add the Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil on top.
Serve in a dish and eat. Bon Appetite.
