This is a Colombian-Santander recipe that has been modified to make it simpler, I will tell you how to do it both traditionally and currently I hope you like it.

4 portions
  • 500 pasta, boiled
  • 3 red tomatoes, cut in half or cross
  • 1 carrot, chopped in large trosos
  • 2 onions, piacada in large trosos
  • 1/2 celeries, chopped
  • 1 red sauce
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • 1 chicken breast, despechugada
  • 5 sausages, cut
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • salt
  • 1/2 cubes broth

Cook the chicken in plenty of water and add salt. If you want with the same water you can make a chicken soup, once cooked take out the breast and chop it in the form of strips (a trick is to take it with a knife and with the other hand scrape it with fork leaves the pieces easy)
Cook the pasta in a large pot with water and add salt a small spoonful. When this list comes out of the water with a strainer for pasta.
In a separate pot add the vegetables cut in water with salt and seasoning to taste it can usually be half a cube of broth (ricotilla) or soy sauce .. let boil enough .. until the water is low.
Add cooked vegetables to blender with tomato sauce and mayonnaise not much. Also if you have this artisan sauce you can likewise, and a milk well. Blend until the sauce looks pink.
Add the sausages and the shredded chicken to the pasta then the sauce that we have in the blender, mix well over low heat and ready.

I recommend in type cup for soup or bowl. Serve hot and grate a little cheese on top with a little coriander finely chopped on top of the cheese.

The original recipe had homemade tomato sauce and cream milk instead of sausages, sausages. But to give a touch of ease and modernity these things changed. If you want to give a Colombian touch, change these things.
